Adeline Tellvik

Adeline S. Tellvik died of Acute Leukemia September 8, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. she was 85.She was born June 16, 1918 in Carpio, North Dakota (Renville County).Adeline married Stanley W. Tellvik November 17, 1940 on Vashon Island, Washington.She graduated from Carpio High School in Carpio, North Dakota in 1936.She was a homemaker.Adeline enjoyed 4-H, Homemakers Club;loved gardening - especially flower beds (she has a special passion for weeds); enjoyed scouting and was a den mother; she was a fantastic wife of 63 years, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of American Legion Women's Auxiliary; 42nd Rainbow Division Womens' Auxiliary; and, enjoyed traveliing with her husband.She was a Lutheran.Adeline is survived by her husband, Stanley W. Tellvik, of the Port Orchard, Washington home; son - John Tellvik (& wife, Patricia) of Issaquah, WA, Stan Tellvik (& wife, Dee) of Kettle Falls, WA, Gene Tellvik (& wife, Catherine) of Reno, NV, Dan Tellvik of Pierce County, WA.; daughter - Kaye Gill (& husband, Jack) of Maple Valley, WA.; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.A Memorial Service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard September 19, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.
