Alexandro Salvador Ramirez died of cancer, Thursday, October 27, 2022 in Bremerton, Washington at the age of 52.
Alex was born September 23, 1970 in Lynwood, California to Linda Ann (Moreno) and Manuel Francis Ramirez. He was one of three children. He graduated from Sonora High School in 1989 and later studied law at Santa Monica College and was the regional sales director for Activate, Inc. before starting the Yellow Cab Company where he was the CEO. Alex was instrumental in partnering with Kitsap Access, making sure the residents of Kitsap County had transportation to dialysis and doctor’s appointments. Alex married Patty Ann (Broughton) Ramirez of Bremerton, Washington in 2017.
Alex loved Jesus, his family and friends. He recently traveled to California with his niece, Olivia to connect with family and celebrate his aunt’s 80th birthday. He loved joking around, taking loved ones out for treats, driving fast, and fireworks. Alex is remembered for his strong faith, his sense of humor, his generous and kind heart, and his talent for seeing and accepting everyone.
Alex is survived by his wife Patty, his daughter Aiyana Irene Vorwerk; his niece Olivia-Don Isabel Ann Ramirez; his siblings, Antonette Ramirez Burnbaum and Frank Ramirez; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his son, Alejandro Salvador Ramirez Jr., his parents and his sister Jeanette Elizabeth Ramirez.
A life celebration service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 11 at the Belfair Community Church, 23300 WA-3, Belfair, Washington.
