Alfred J.

Alfred J. Boe, 80, of Port Orchard, died January 18, 1999 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton.  He was born December 26, 1918 in San Francisco, California to Sigurd and Ingaborg (Hauge) Boe.  He served in the U.S. Army in 1942 and married Frances M. Hall May 24, 1943.  Mr. Boe worked as a Marine Electrician for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard retiring in 1977.  He belonged to the Eagles Club for a number of years and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.Surviving are his wife; daughters Mary Frances Prosser of Charlotte, NC, Jeanette Kay Smith of Bremerton, WA; Alice Christine Silvey of San Jose, CA; brother Ingvald Boe of Pacifica, CA; sister Signe Lafabreque of Reno, NV; 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.Funeral Service Thursday, January 21st at 11:00 am at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.  Memorials to American Cancer Society, P.
