Alice Bowman

Alice T. Bowman died July 23, 2003 in Bremerton, Washington. She was 89.She was born December 31, 1913 in Manette, Washington to P.E. and Lalie (Scott) Tucker.She graduated from South Kitsap Senior High School in Port Orchard, Washington in 1931. She also graduated from Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington in 1969.She married Charles A. Bowman in 1934 in Bremerton, Washington. Alice was Chief Bookkeeper for the Kitsap County Auditor for 18 years; and, worked as Chief Accountant for the City of Tacoma for 15 years - retiring in 1981.She enjoyed quilting, baking and collecting.Alice was a life time member of Port Orchard Church of Christ.Alice is survived by her daughter - Linda A.
