Aline Nygaard

Aline Nygaard, 82 of Port Orchard, died in Bremerton on August 6, 2009.  She was born March 16, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan to Jack & Ercel (Royce) Weaver.  She attended Arsenal Technical School in Indianapolis, Indianna.  She married Konrad Nygaard on April 9, 1955 in Seattle. Aline worked as a Receptionist for the Army Corps of Engineers in Seattle, retiring in 1992.  She dearly loved her poodle "Brandy" who Gary & Toni have adopted.  Hawaii was high on her list, but what she enjoyed most was her family and many wonderful friends - laughing, talking on the phone, and just enjoying life.  She will be missed. Surviving are daughter Toni (Gary) McBride of Port Orchard; grandchildren Erik Morgan & Annette McBride; great-grandchildren Jack, Nick & Matt Morgan. Memorial Service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
