Allen Conner

Allen H Conner, age 80, died April 25, 2000 in Bremerton, WA. He was born November 28, 1919 in Desdemona, TX to Emery and Cassie (Lambert) Conner. He graduated from Hobbs High School in Hobbs, New Mexico in 1936.Mr. Conner married Vivian Mattson in Seattle, WA., on April 8, 1942. He served in the Coast Guard. Mr. Conner was in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before retiring in 1976. Mr. Conner was a 32nd degree Mason, and a Shriner. He is survived by his wife Vivian Conner of Port Orchard, WA., son Richard Conner of California, daughters Colleen Huff of Spokane, WA., Kathy Longthorpe of Seattle, WA., Kelly Greene Diebolt of Port Orchard, WA., brother Homer Conner of Texas, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by one grandson, Jeff Stockler of Seattle, WA. No services are planned at this time. The family asks that donations be made to a donor's local blood bank.
