Alma Parr

Alma B. Parr, 83, formerly of Kent, Washington died May 25, 1999 in Silverdale.  She was born on July 7, 1915 in Elgin, North Dakota to George & Rosina (Bradner) Nagel.  Alma married Ralph Parr in Reno Nevada in 1940.Mrs. Parr was a housewife and enjoyed spending time in her garden with her many rhodies, azaleas, and roses.  She was active in local garden clubs.Surviving are her husband; sons Lee Parr of Oregon City, Oregon and Rod Parr of Silverdale, Washington; and grandchildren Daren, Stephanie, Gregory, and Renee.  Family services will be Thursday, May 27, 1999 at 3:00 PM at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.  Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.
