Amanda L. Lively, 76 of Bremerton, died at Life Care Center in Port Orchard July 20, 2008. She was born June 17, 1932 in Cleaver, MO to John & Edith (Pendleton) Sims. She married Curtis Lively, Sr. September 8, 1972 in Port Orchard. Amanda worked for 30 years as a Laboratory Technican at Marin General Hospital in San Rafael, CA and Caregiver, retiring in 2000. She enjoyed traveling, camping, bowling, photography, and family & friends. Surviving are husband Curtis; sons Glenn Kuhl, Stephen Kuhl, and Kenneth Kuhl; stepsons Curtis "Lee" (Kris Wilson) Lively, Jr. and William Robert "Rob" Lively; daughter Terry (Tim) Morrison; brother Carl (Debbie) Sims of Oroville, CA, sister Linda (Jim) Wall of Congress, AZ; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; 25 nieces & nephews and so very many good friends. She was preceded in death by son Gary, sisters Opal, Mildred & Rosemary, and brothers Terrel & Burnis. Everybody loved Amanda. Celebration of Life 11:00 am on Friday, July 25, 2008 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard with interment following the service at 2:00 pm at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA.
