Ana Mata Quinene of Port Orchard, Washington died of natural causes February 14, 2004 at her Port Orchard residence. She was 85. She was born February 14, 1919 in Merizo, Guam to Carmen Cruz Manalisay and Blas Espinosa Mata. She married Jose Cruz Quinene August 14, 1942 in Merizo, Guam. Ana was a homemaker. She enjoyed Bingo, cooking and her family. Ana was Catholic. She is survived by sons - Vicente of Washington, Jose of California, Edward of Washington, Jesus of California, Joaquin of South Carolina, Francisco of Washington, Roque of Washington, Ramon of Delaware, Antonio of California and Peter of Washington; daughters - Sister Joseph Ann of SSND (Guam), Ana and Mary of Washington, and Lourdes of California; brother - Francisco of Guam. Ana is also survived by 40 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: son - Johnny and grandson - Joaquin, Jr. A visitation will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church of Port Orchard, Washington on Saturday, February 21, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. A Rosary will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2004. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2004. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington on February 21, 2004.
