Archie Sabo

Archie John Sabo of Port Orchard, Washington died December 6, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 66. He was born September 24, 1937 in Minot, North Dakota to Ingvald and Hazel (White) Sabo. Archie worked as a brush picker, cement finisher and logger; and, had also been employed with Boeing in Renton and Bangor Naval Base. He enjoyed hunting and fishing; and, loved Labrador Retrievers and animals. Archie is survived by his son - John Denning Sabo of Oklahoma; daughters - Jo Ellen Sabo, Dianna Sabo, Bonnie Sabo, Sherri Sabo (all of Oklahoma), and Aleesha Ehrhardt of Ellensburg, Washington; step-brothers - Robert Shattun of Port Orchard and LeRoy Shattun of Bremerton; sisters - Marjorie Endsley (& husband, Tom) of Port Orchard, Donna Entz (& husband, Gene) of Newton, Kansas; step-sisters - Dorothy Heille (& husband, Joe) of Minnesota, Marion Leigh of Minot, North Dakota; numerous grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A viewing will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington on Thursday, December 11, 2003 at 11:00 a.m.
