Arthur A. Manz of Port Orchard, Washington died September 29, 2004 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton. He was 60. He was born February 7, 1944 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to Clarence B. and Monica V.(Lulloff) Manz. He married Elaine J. (Wachlin) Manz October 1, 1988 in Bothell, Washington. Arthur graduated from Kiel High School in Kiel, Wisconsin in 1962; and graduated from Bryant and Stratton College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with an AA degree. He served in the USAF Reserve from February 1967 to February 1988 - attaining rank of Tech Sgt (E-6). Arthur worked for 15 years as an Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Inspector. He enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking, hiking; was a dedicated family man; and, also enjoyed traveling with his family. Arthur was Catholic. Arthur is survived by his wife - Elaine J. (Wachlin) Manz of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; mother - Monica V. (Lulloff) Manz of Kiel, Wisconsin; sons - Matthew Manz and Paul Manz - both of Port Orchard; daughter - Teresa Manz of Port Orchard; brother - Brian Manz (& wife, Linda) of Kiel, Wisconsin; sisters - Mary Ellen Wiesner (& husband, Don) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jean Anne LaCrosse (& husband, Tony) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nancy Manz of Plymouth, Wisconsin, Michele Voss of Kiel, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea in Bremerton, Washington on Wednesay, October 6, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to: Plan International 155 Plan Way Warwick, Rhode Island 02886
