Audrey Ann Martin, 68, of Port Orchard, died Oct. 31, 2012 at Tacoma General Hospital. Audrey was born Oct. 3, 1944 in Seattle to Audley and Elenor (Jorgensen) Michener. She married Herman Lee Martin Oct. 1, 1979 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.
She worked in retail sales for 8 years and then from 1970 on, she was for the most part a stay at home mom, den mother for Cub Scouts, a wonderful grandmother who loved to baby sit. Along with watching and playing games with her grandkids, she loved to play video games online with her Xbox. Her favorite pet was her Australian Ridgeback, “Hooch”.
Audrey is preceded in death by her husband Herman Martin, parents, Elenor Knox Michener and Audley Michener and daughter Stacy Martin.
Survived by two sons, Eric and Brian of Port Orchard, two daughters Kim Webber of Battleground, WA & Kathy Saison of Portland, OR, brother, Billy Michener of Puyallup, WA, two sisters Sharline Davis of Redford, Michigan, Diane Petersen of Texas and nine grandchildren.
