Barbara Newman

Barbara A. Newman of Port Orchard, Washington died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington January 17, 2005. She was 55. She was born June 2, 1949 in Pasco, Washington to Donald and Evelyn (Baker) Stone. Barbara married Michael G. Newman February 14, 1970 in Port Orchard, Washington. She attended West High School in Bremerton, Washington. She was active in Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary #2669 in Port Orchard. Barbara is survived by husband - Michael G. Newman of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; mother - Evelyn Hovey of Port Orchard; daughter - Corina M. Newman of Port Orchard; brother - Steve (& wife, Nancy) of Port Orchard, Washington; 1 grandson - Justin Chrisopher Brown; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held January 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Spirit of Truth Fellowship in Port Orchard. An graveside inurment will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Perk in Port Orchard on January 21, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Charity of Choice.
