Barbara D Reamer

Our dearest mother, Barbara Dean Reamer passed away peacefully Friday August 5th, 2022 at 76 years old.

Barb was born one of eight children to Tina and Jack Hedrick, December 19th, 1946 on a bale of hay on their property in Henrietta, Oklahoma where she lived along with her siblings Donna Sue, TJ, Pat, Jerry, Lavone, Doyle and Cathy. The family moved to Hanford California where she met and married Chris Reamer.

The military took them to Port Orchard, Washington where she would live out the rest of her days. They had their first child Bill in October of 1965 followed by Chris 6 years later in May of 1971 and then the twins Sharon and Karen 11 months later.

Barb remarried years later and was a loving mother to all her children.

Barb loved lilacs and feeding peanuts to the squirrels but most of all watching her hummingbirds eating from their feeders and the hanging baskets her girls would bring her every spring.

Barbara is survived by her sister Cathy, her children Bill, Chris, Sharon and Karen. Terri and Dorene, Mark and Tom, Grandchildren Donnie, Timothy, Kayla, Josh, Kristin, Kara and great grandchildren Walker, Liam, Grace and Obie.

She will be greatly missed until we meet again.
