Beverly Ann Cardell passed away peacefully in Bremerton, Washington on Saturday May 22, 2021. She was 93 years old. Beverly was born in Troy, New York on December 16, 1927 to Dewey and Anna Loselle.
At a very young age Beverly, her mom, dad, sister, and brother all moved across the country to Long Beach, California. As a young adult Beverly had a variety of jobs from teaching tap dancing to painting dishes in the Franciscan Dish factory.
In the early 1960's Beverly arrived in Bremerton with her four kids, Debra, Candace, Kelly, and Burt. Beverly was one tough lady for someone who was only 4'10. She worked so hard at so many jobs so that she could put food on the table and provide for her kids.
Most people new Beverly as "Bev the school bus driver". She worked for the Central Kitsap School district in Silverdale, Washington. Over 20 some years of driving a school bus Bev had bus runs that picked up kindergarten through 12th grade students, activity runs for football, basketball, and baseball, Ski school, and away sports events. Everyone loved Bev! Beverly had a smile that made you smile, a big heart, and such a love for life.
Beverly was preceded in death by her father Dewey, her mother Anna, sister Rita, brother Dewey Jr. and her daughter Candace Wells. She is survived by her daughters Debra Howze (George), Kelly Highfield (Kim) and son Burt Cardell (Robin). Bev had a number of grandchildren and even more great grandchildren. Bev requested no service.
