Billie Owen Bowers died of natural causes in Port Orchard, Washington on March 15, 2003. She was 90.She was born in Michigan to Lewis and Doris Owen.She married George W. Bowers April 13, 1946 in Puyallup, Washington.She was a homemaker and Goodyear factory worker.Billie is survived by sons - George Bowers of Port Orchard, Washington and John Bowers of Olympia, Washington; daughters - Doreen Bryant of Everett, Washington, Lynda Sweeney of Longmont, Colorado; 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 27 great/great-grandchildren; and, was preceded in death by son - Gary Mitchell.A memorial graveside service will be held at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington on March 20, 2003 at 2:00 p.m.Memorial donations may be made to:Adventure of FaithPresbyterian Church4705 Jackson Ave. S.E.Port Orchard, WA 98366
