Billy Dean Elliott of Port Orchard, Washington died October 11, 2004 at the Navy Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 62. He was born June 14, 1942 in Weiner, Arkansas to Norman Gentry and Nora Lynn (Bennett) Elliott. Billy married Erasma (Quinamague) Elliott November 25, 1995 in Seatle, Washington. He graduated from Weiner High School in Weiner, Arkansas; and received his Associate Degree through the Navy. Billy was U.S. Navy Retired - having served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 to 1992 - working as an Air Traffic Controller for 28 years; and, attaining rank of Senior Chief. He also was employed as a bus driver with the Washington veterans Home at Retsil. Billy enjoyed camping, riding his motor scooter and doing home improvements. He is survived by his wife - Erasma (Quinamague) Elliott of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; step-daughter - Jacqueline A. Cash of Port Orchard, Washington; sister-in-law - Marie Elliott of Arkansas; two nieces - Nora Medrono and Sylvia Elliott of Arkansas. He was preceded in death by: brother - Norman Elliott. Viewing will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on October 14, 2004. A Rosary will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center at 7:00 p.m. on October 14, 2004. A Mass will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard, Washington at 11:00 a.m. on October 15, 2004. Inurnment will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington at 11:00 a.m. on October 18, 2004.
