Bobby D. Phipps
January 25, 1938 — October 22, 2017
Bobby was a hardworking country boy from Virginia. While in the Navy he met and married his wife of 61 years, Marilyn.
The have six children: Trudy, Bobby Jr., Billy (Rhonda), Johnny, Robby and Whendi. Grandkids: Darrell (Meagan), Daniel, Devan, Jordan, Blake, Zaiden, and Ameriah. Siblings: Kenneth (Lucille), Lois (Kilby), Faye, Gaye, Harold, Shirley and George. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
He was an equipment operator, retired from Kitsap County Road Department and Morrison Gravel.
Services are at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. Following the service, there is an open invitation to a reception at the Sunnyslope Hall on Old Clifton Road.
