Brenda Marie Kallal

Brenda Marie Guidry Kallal, 68, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, teacher passed away Feb. 7, 2014 in Bremerton. Born in Lake Charles, LA on May 26, 1945 to Vera and Norris Guidry Sr., she honorably served as a Naval Hospital Corpsman and later taught and provided care to children with special medical needs. Brenda’s love of faith, family, music and good times brought joy to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard, her son, Eric (Heathyr), daughters Erin (Barry) Johnson, Daria (Sherry) Kallal, grandchildren Cody, Leo, Ulrich, Oliver, Rosalie, Lillian and Ian, sister Pat Simpton and brother Norris Guidry Jr. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Raife. Viewing and Rosary will be held Feb. 10 at 6:30pm at Rill Chapel, Port Orchard. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Feb.11th at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard.
