Candida ''Nanay'' Papa

Candida L. ''Nanay'' Papa, 86, of Port Orchard, passed away at her home, on July 21, 2000. She was born January 19, 1914 in Calamba, Laguna, Philippine Islands to Feliciano & Flora (Herrero) Lavadio.She married Damaso F. Papa May 28, 1933 in the Philippines. Her main interest was being a Homemaker and Mother. Mrs. Papa was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard.Surviving is her husband Damaso; daughter, Zenaida Delarosa of Port Orchard; and 6 grandchildren.Visitation will be held July 28, 2000 from 6:00Pm to 7:00Pm. A Rosary will be held at 7:00Pm following visitation at Rill Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at St. Gabriels Catholic Church July 29, 2000 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery Port Orchard, Washington.
