Carol Lee Hubbell

August 2, 1953 — March 5, 2018

Carol Lee Hubbell was born in Bremerton, Washington on August 2,1953 to Alan and Georgia (Young) Hubbell. She graduated from Holly Ridge School in the mid seventies.
Although she had some significant disabilities and challenges at times, she truly was fun and led a meaningful life. She loved to joke around and tease. She really enjoyed Christmas Eve parties, yummy foods and gift giving and receiving. She also enjoyed the Rec Club at A. R. C. and Friday night dances there.
Carol was a huge Elvis fan and got to make a dream trip flying to Nashville, Tennessee for an Elvis Adventure. Her first love and partner was Andy who passed away in early 2000’s. She lately loved sitting in he recliner chair watching TV in her shared home with her long time new partner and best friend Mitch. Everything was Elvis, over and over again. We are fairly sure that she is dancing and singing back-up with El.
The family would like to make special mention and thank Kitsap Residents Caregivers whose tender loving care lengthened Carol’s life. Words cannot express their advocacy and devoted hard work for folks like Carol, Andy and Mitch.
There will be a Celebration of Carol’s Life at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 10th at Rill Chapel’s Life Tribute Center, 1151 Mitchell Ave, Port Orchard.
