Catherine Campbell

Catherine Stephan Campbell, 57 of Olalla, died in Bremerton on July 14, 2009.  She was born April 8, 1952 in Santa Ana, California to Byron & Catherine (Laffey) Mickelson.  She graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 1970, Olympic College in 1973, and City University with degrees in nursing and business management.  She married Ken Campbell in Bremerton on June 17, 1994. Catherine worked in nursing for 34 years, retiring as a manager for Group Health in 2007.  She was also a Pastor for Healing Rooms of Shelton for 8 years.  She enjoyed her missionary trip to Africa with Todd Bently, camping with the grandkids, working in the healing rooms and close personal time with Jesus.  She was a member of the International Fellowship of Ministers. Surviving are husband Ken; son Jason (Machen Town) Stephenson of Bothell; daughter Trinda (Brendan) Herbeck of Corona, CA; sisters Barbara (Charlie) Biddle and Pat (Cal) Morey; grandchildren  Jared, Tyler, Drew, Alexa, Gavin & Payton; special friends Marc & Lydia Bucheit, Mike & Penny Proctor, Nancy Thomas,  Rhonda & Jim Probert, LeeAnn Halbert-Love, Greg Franco & Stefanie Zarfes.
