Catherine L. Johnson died February 25, 2003 in Port Orchard, Washington. She was 87.She was born May 14, 1915 in Omaha, Nebraska to John L. and Sadie M. (Thompson) Sullivan.Catherine graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Omaha, Nebraska in 1932.She married Charles C. Johnson September 1, 1933 in Denver, Colorado.Catherine worked as a secretary for 20 years.She was a member of Sunnyslope Community Association, Sunnyslope Garden Clubs, TOPS, Harmony Club, Sunny Daze Homemakers.She was a member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church.Catherine is survived by sons - Charles Lee (and wife, Verda) Johnson of Logandale, Nevada, Richard L. (and wife, Shirley) Johnson of Omaha, Nebraska; daughters - Charline (and husband, Dutch) Caldwell of Port Orchard, Marian (and husband, Bob) Guhl of Conestoga, Pennsylvania, Kathleen (and husband, Jim) Dudley of Port Orchard, Washington;sister - Margaret (and husband, Joe) Amato of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and 10 great/great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: sons - William Johnson and Lawrence Johnson.A visitation will be held at Rill chapel of Port Orchard, Washington on March 2, 2003 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.Mass will be held at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church of Port Orchard, Washington on March 3, 2003 at 11:00 a.m.Interment as Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington will follow the Mass March 3, 2003.Memorial Donations may be made to:Sunnyslope Improvement Club
