Cathern Pattison

Cathern E. Pattison, 92 of Port Orchard, Washington, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington on March 18, 2001. She was born in Sequim, Washington on April 12, 1908 to John & Nellie (Wilson) Fortman. Cathern married Charles Pattison in Sequim. He preceded her in death in 1981.Mrs. Pattison retired after 35 years as a Beautician. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary 2338 and enjoyed a variety of handcrafts.Surviving are daughter Patricia (Pat) Barnes of Bremerton and Yuma, Arizona; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter Laura McCown and brothers Volentine Rice, Clarence Fortman & Wilson Fortman.Visitation will be at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard on Tuesday, March 20, 2001 from Noon until 5:00pm and Wednesday, March 21, 2001 from 9:00am until the Funeral Service at 2:00pm. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
