Celerina Camarce

Celerina B. Camarce, 90, of Port Orchard, WA, died August 9, 2002, at her home from long term complications of dementia.She was born February 3, 1912, in Silang, Cavite, Philippines, to Simeon and Victoria (Magno) Bawar. She attended high school in Silang.Celerina married Rulfo Camarce on June 17, 1942, in Silang. He preceded her in death on January 12, 1978.Celerina was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family.She is survived by son Rudy Camarce, of Silverdale, WA, and Andy Camarce, of Orlando, FL; daughter Mellie Navarro, of Port Orchard; brother Eusebio Bawar, in the Philippines; sisters Victorina Manesca, Salud Giron and Alicia Oway, all in the Philippines; seven grandchildren, Joseph, Solmaricel, Rodney, Honeylet, Roderick, Janice, and Christian; and two great grandchildren.A rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 5:00PM, at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard followed by a reception and viewing from 6:00 to 8:00PM. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, August 14, 11:00AM, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard. Inurnment will take place in the Philippines.
