Charles Burchard

Charles Scott Burchard, 45 of Port Orchard, Washington died in Gig Harbor, Washington on October 30, 2005. He was born October 17, 1960 in Havre, Montana to James & June (Scott) Burchard. He graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1979. Chuck worked for Advanced Digital Systems doing commercial satellite installion in Port Orchard for 5 years. He was the former owner and operator of Modesto Food in California, Olalla Foods, and Manchester Foods. Chuck loved his family and enjoyed sports - he was an avid sports card collector. Surviving are his Fiancee' Kris Williams of Gig Harbor; mother June Burchard of Port Orchard; sons Robert & Shaun Burchard, both of Port Orchard; daughters Jamie Burchard of Fresno, California and Carrissa Burchard of Port Orchard; brothers Bryant Burchard and Reed (Cheryl) Burchard, both of Port Orchard; sister Becki (Ron) Kabelac of Port Orchard; and grandchildren Rylie, Ella, Logan, and Charlie. Funeral Service is Friday, November 4, 2005 at 2:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Port Orchard. Interment following at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
