Charles "Cap" Alfred Prator

Charles Alfred "Cap" Prator, 64, of Manchester, died December 2, 2013 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Gig Harbor. Cap was born May 24, 1949 in San Francisco, CA and has resided in Manchester since 1977. He is survived by his daughter Rhea (Joe) Williams & granddaughter Miranda; his wife Anita, her daughters Sherri (TJ) Skladany and Julie (Wayne) Stanley & grandchildren Josh Epstien, Nathan, Sydney & Joey Skladany; a brother Dennis (Michelle) Prator; sisters Mary Holt & Liz Rose and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Don & Betty Prator and Sister Joan. A gathering will be 2pm January 11th at the family home.
