Charles Fischer

Charles W. Fischer, 57, of South Colby, Washington passed away on November 3, 2008. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 18, 1951 he was the son of the late Carl and Jean (Snoke) Fischer of South Royalton, Ohio.   Charlie was a CPA who chose to work for non-profits in both Vermont and Washington. He loved NASCAR, fishing, being with his dog Lottie, cooking and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Claudia (Douthett) Fischer. He leaves his loving daughter Courtney, her husband Ethan Whitaker, his grandson Jake and his sister Carla Jean Fischer. He also has nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many friends to cherish his memory. He was pre-deceased by his brother, John Fischer.  The family will have private celebration of his life.  In lieu of flowers or gifts, please send donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters of King and Pierce Counties.
