Charles Willard Ulrigg of Port Orchard, Washington died of cancer in Bremerton, Washington March 7, 2006. He was 74. He was born November 8, 1931 in Missoula, Montana to Vern and Opal (Adams) Ulrigg. Charles married Inge (Narath) Ulrigg on July 31, 1976 in Missoula, Montana. He attended school in Missoula, Montana. Charles served in the U.S. Navy from October 23, 1950 - April, 1954; and attained rank of E-5. He worked as a Production Controller for 40 years at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - retiring in 1996. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and dogs. Charles is survived by his wife - Inge (Narath) Ulrigg of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; sons - Bruce Ulrigg (Bobbi) of Belfair, Washington, Chuck Ulrigg (Jane) of Port Orchard, Washington, Ron Ulrigg (Mary) of Richland, Missouri, John Ulrigg (Debi) of Port Orchard, Washington and Robert Ulrigg (Pam) of Texas; daughter - Bonnie Keplar (Lonnie) of Vancouver, Washington; brothers - Howard, Morey, John - all in Montana; sister - Kay Bernard of Montana; 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sister - Ruth Mae. No services are scheduled.
