Charlotte Kelley

Charlotte R. Kelley, 66 of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital on August 20, 1999.  She was born in Port Angeles, Washington on October 1, 1932 to Charles & Cynthia (Nelson) Burrows.  At age 10, the family moved from Port Angeles to the South Kitsap area where she graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1950.  Charlotte married Robert Kelley on October 13, 1950 in Bremerton.Mrs. Kelley was most recently a homemaker, but past positions include checker at Cliff & Gene's Food Center; driving a school bus for Peninsula School district; and part owner in an antique shop in Bremerton.  She was a member of the Daughter's of the American Revolution.Survivors include her husband; son Mike Charles Kelley of Port Orchard; daughter Margo Kelley-Peterson of Port Orchard; mother Cynthia Cunningham of Port Orchard; sister Victory Fitch of Port Orchard; grandchildren ShaLinda Marlow, Sherry Browne, Angie Piwowarski, Michael Marlow, Shaun Kelley and Shanna Kelley; and one great-grandchild A.J. Piwowarski.Visitation will be Tuesday, August 24, 1999 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 25, 1999 at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.  Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O.
