Charlotte L. "Charlie" Watson, 60, of Manchester, WA, died August 12, 2003, at Northwoods Lodge in Silverdale, WA, from cancer.Charlotte was born July 13, 1943, in Port Orchard to Garry T. and Stella (Durston) Linenko. She graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard in 1961 and attended Washington State University in Pullman, WA. Charlotte married Clifford Watson on March 9, 1963, in Port Orchard. They were later divorced in 1969. Clifford preceded her in death in December of 2001.Charlotte worked as a salesperson for 19 years at Sears in Connecticut, Bremerton, WA, and then Silverdale, WA. She then worked for Olympic Property Management in Port Orchard and later for Electronic Real Estate Services in Tacoma, WA. Charlotte enjoyed being with her family, friends, and especially her grandkids. She devoted much of her time to operating her investment properties. Charlotte is survived by her son Gary Watson and his wife Melaney, of Port Orchard; mother Stella Linenko, of Port Orchard; sisters Sharon Cain and husband Jerry, of Port Orchard and Charlene Wise and husband Gary, of Port Orchard; and 2 grandsons Jared and Lucas Watson. Charlotte was preceded in death by her father Garry Linenko. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 23, 11:00AM, at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. A family inurnment service will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park also in Port Orchard.
