Charlotte Webber

Charlotte B. Webber was born May 8, 1920 in Kansas City, Missouri to Frank and Nancy Kliever.  She was raised in Blue Springs, Missouri and moved to the Pacific Northwest when she was 14 years old.  Charlotte graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1938.  Charlotte worked at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard from 1938-1942, then she worked for Federal Finance until 1965.  Following this she jointly owned Webber Towing from 1947-1974.  Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Charla Quigley, and grandchildren Christine, Shawn, Erica, Ashley and Jennifer.  There will be visitation Dec. 21, 1998 at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.  Services will be Dece.ber 21, 1998 at Sunset Lane Cemetery at 10:30 a.m.
