Cheryl Lynn Sinclair passed away at her home in Allyn, WA on September 9th, 2018. She was born on February 7th, 1951 in Billings, Montana to Mary and William Charles Dick where she grew up on the family ranch in Fishtail, Montana.
She was involved in 4H and showed ponies in her youth, going on to compete in the Absarokee High School Rodeo.
After attending Eastern Montana College in Billings, Montana, Cheryl began working for Security Trust & Savings Bank. It was here where she met her future husband, Lloyd Sinclair. They were married on New Years Eve 1971 and were blessed with 47 years of marriage, 2 children, and 2 grandchildren.
Cheryl began working in a local law office during high school, which later led to a 27-year career as a legal assistant with Ryan, Uptegraft and Montgomery in Silverdale.
Cheryl was a friend to everyone; support for many; and saw the good in all. She was an avid golfer and active member of the Lakeland Village Ladies Golf Club in Allyn. She enjoyed spending time with family and her grandchildren; reading mysteries, gardening, and fishing. Retirement allowed her to complete a trip to Spain and Balearic Islands in 2016; a cross-country train in 2017; and a bucket list item of cruising to the San Juan Islands and the coast of British Columbia, Canada in August 2018 with her close friends.
Cheryl is survived by husband, Lloyd Sinclair of Lakeland Village, Allyn; son, Travis Sinclair (Jennifer), of Renton, WA; daughter, Vanessa Sinclair, of Allyn; Grandchildren, Keaira and Ronan Sinclair of Renton; brother, Gary Dick (Bonnie) of Billings, Montana; sister-in-law, Carol Ann Messerli (Terry) of Greybull, Wyoming; and brother-in-law, Roger Sinclair (Donna) of Vancouver, WA.

Celebration of Life to be held at McCormick woods on 10/6 at 3 PM. Burial at the Rosebud Cemetery in Absarokee, MT at a future date.
