Christine O'Hara

Christine O'Hara, 93, died May 6, 1999 in Port Orchard, Washington.  She was born September 6, 1905 in Carrington, North Dakota to George and Amelia (Foote) Herman where she was raised and attended school.  She married Joseph O'Hara in Minot, North Dakota on September 19, 1925.  Joseph preceded her in death in 1963.Christine was a homemaker and member of the Golden Friendship Club at First Lutheran Church in Port Orchard, Washington.Surviving are sons John of Guemmes Island, Washington and Joe of Plain, Washington; daughters Beverly Thompson of Bremerton, Washington and Marlene Wolf of Port Orchard, Washington; sister Mildred Swartout of Centralia, Washington; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  She was proceded in death by daughter Darlene Proctor and 2 brothers, Russell & Fritz.Memorial service is May 10, 1999 at 1:00 PM at First Lutheran Church in Port Orchard.  Memorial donations may be made to the Golden Friendship Club at First Lutheran Church, 2483 Mitchell Road, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
