Clara Kenney

Clara Kenney, 93, passed away on May 7, 2007 in Clinton, Oklahoma at the home of her daughter. She moved to Clinton two years ago after being in Port Orchard since she was 16. She was born in Lewiston, Montana. She married George Kenney, Sr. in 1936 and traveled throughout the United States following him during his Naval career. Clara was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the VFW Auxiliary, and the Eagles Auxiliary. Clara & George had four children. George Kenney, Jr. of Yuma Arizona, Flora McKesson of Yuma, Beverly Aarness of Clinton, Oklahoma, and Edgar Kenney of Port Orchard. There are 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Viewing will be Wednesday, May 16, 2007 from 3pm to 5pm and Thursday, from 9am to 10am at Rill's Life Tribute Center. Funeral service at 10:00 am on May 17, 2007 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Concluding services and burial at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard.
