Clara Elizabeth Osborn of Port Orchard, Washington died in Port Orchard December 15, 2004 following a long battle with cancer. She was 90. She was born June 16, 1914 in Bennett County, South Dakota to John and Mary Ann (Morrison)Short. Clara married Louis Osborn July 20, 1929 in Phillips, South Dakota. Clara was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, family, friends and her church family. Clara was a member of the First Christian Church of Port Orchard. She is survived by son - Jack Osborn of Tacoma, Washington; daughter - Lois Morrison (& husband, Donald) of Port Orchard, Washington; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great/Great-grandchild. Clara was preceded in death by: son - David Osborn; 3 brothers (Lee, Earl & Herb Short); 2 sisters (Bertha Dunbar & Myrtle Smith). A visitation will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on December 21, 2004 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held December 22, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Port Orchard.
