Clifford H. Harper, 77 of Manchester died on February 2, 1999 at Port Orchard Care Center. He was born on October 21, 1921 to John & Florence (Bichard) Harper in Victor, Idaho. He was raised in Driggs, Idaho graduating from High School there and attending Idaho State University where he attained a Pharmacy Degree. On July 3, 1965 in Nampa, Idaho he married Elaine Gibson. Mr. Harper served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and then owned his own pharmacy in Nampa, Idaho from 1950 to 1967. He was a Pharmacist in both Port Orchard and Bremerton retiring in 1992. His is a 50 year member of Elks and an Elder in the L.D.S. Church.Surviving are his wife; sons Kent & John Harper both of Arizona, David Harper of So. Carolina, and Gary Harper of Clackamas, OR; stepsons Craig Gibson of Boise, ID & Wayne Gibson of Port Orchard, WA; brother William Harper of Longview, WA; sister Vivian Byington of Logan, Utah and 8 grandchildren.
