Clifford Levenseller

Mr. Clifford O. Levenseller, Age: 84, died on December 12, 2001 in Port Orchard, Washington. Clifford was born on July 26, 1917 in Ruston, Washington to Edgar and Ellen(O'Donnell)Levenseller. He attended West Seattle High School, graduating in 1937. On July 26, 1940 he married Wilma Kenney in Seattle, Washington.Mr. Levenseller worked as a Shipfitter at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington for thirty years, retiring in 1981.He was a member of the Knights of Pythias of Port Orchard and the Colby United Methodist Church. He greatly enjoyed bowling.Mr. Levenseller is survived by his wife, Wilma, of the family home in Southworth, Washington; a son, Philip and his wife, Jacqueline, of Silverdale, Washington; two daughters, Alice Hawkins of Snohomish, Washington, and Ann Anderson of Bremerton; a sister, Dorothy Hower of Kent, Washington; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, John Levenseller.A memorial service in his honor will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2001, 10:30 a.m., at Colby United Methodist Church. Pastor Allen Opelaar will be officiating.Arrangements are under direction of Rill Chapel, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home and Crematory.
