Daniel Wayne Tate

November 25, 1950 — April 17, 2018

Daniel W Tate was born November 25, 1950 and passed away April 17, 2018 at home in Bremerton, WA. He grew up in Port Orchard, WA and attended South Kitsap High School, graduating in 1968.

In his earlier life, Daniel was a printer by trade, commuting to Seattle. He also worked as a printer and various other jobs at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.

Daniel was a loving selfless person who would always try and help others with whatever he could even though he did not have much himself. He was kind and compassionate to others and would always offer advice when he felt it would help. Daniel loved his family and friends and loved talking to them.

His passion was writing, reading books and playing his beloved guitars. Daniel was a very devout and spiritual man and loved studying his bibles.

Daniel had challenges in his life but faced them with dignity and his strong positive attitude, always looking on the bright side of things.

Daniel was preceded in death by his Father, Robert Tate and his Great-Nephew Alijah Tate.

Daniel is survived by his Mother Cecilia Tate, Son Jacob (Crystal) Tate, Grandchildren, Anthony (Heather) Ackaert, Eva and MaKayla Tate, Great-Grandchildren, Ava, Kendall and Jacob, Nephew, Aaron (Rachelle) Tate, Great-Niece Breck Lyn Tate, Sister Debbie (Jim) Hunter, Numerous step Nephew and Nieces and Great-Nieces. Hi is also survived by his loving friend and companion Cindy Clark.

Daniel will be loved and missed dearly and his memory will be in the hearts of many.

There will be no service but a Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
