Daryl Hochrein

Daryl W. Hochrein died July 9, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington due to complications of Muscular Dystrophy. He was 68.He was born April 7, 1935 in St. Maries, Idaho to Wes Hochrein and Neva (Zeigler) Hooker.Daryl graduated from Lewiston High School in Lewiston, Idaho; and, attended Spokane Community College.He married Glenna (Williams) Hochrein September 2, 1957 .Daryl served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 to 1956 - attaining the rank of EMFN.He was an electrician with various companies, retiring from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.Daryl was a horse enthusiast and enjoyed fishing and gardening.He is survived by sons - Edward Hochrein, Sr. of Lewiston, Idaho and Michael Hochrein of Bremerton, Washington; sisters - Donna Allen of St. Maries, Idaho and Myrna Zipse of Boise, Idaho; 3 grandchildren: Edward Hochrein, Jr., Anita Hochrein and Russel Hochrein.A funeral service wil be held Friday, July 18, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington. A graveside service will follow at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington.
