David Bromm

David A. Bromm, 69 of Port Orchard, died in Bremerton on December 3, 2011. He was born February 25, 1942 in Tacoma, WA to Herman A. & Erma ( Layton ) Bromm. He graduated from Wilson High School in Tacoma. David married Patricia Barnes on November 20, 1976 in Cowiche, WA. David worked as a truck driver since 1989, retiring in 2006. He was a Vietnam Era Veteran serving in the U. S. Air Force from 1963 to 1984, retiring as a Tech Sargent. David was a lifetime member of the NRA and a member of the Owner/Operator’s Association. Surviving are wife Patricia; son Joseph (Stephanie) Bromm of Port Orchard; daughter Beth Mueller of Lakewood, WA; brother Ken Quaschnik; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son H. David Bromm in 2008, brother Henry Bromm and sister Linda Gunderson. Celebration of Life Service at 1:00pm on Saturday at First Lutheran Community Church in Port Orchard. Burial will follow at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard. Memorial donations to First Lutheran Community Church or Kitsap County Food Bank.
