Deborah Lynn Minard

Deborah Lynn Bilden was born on March 4 1963 in Bremerton WA to Jerry and Vicki Bilden. She passed away in her home in December 20, 2022. Debbie graduated from West High in 1980. She had three children Talicia, KC and Eric.

Being a young mom of 3 children presented many challenges but she was determined to set an example of hard work and determination for her children. Debbie started her career in the Shipyard where she met her husband of 25 years James Minard who encouraged her to get out of the office and have a little fun. She followed him to Virginia where she worked for Northrup Grumman then TRW in 1997 . Debbie found much pride in her accomplishments as a business women.

She was blessed with 7 grandchildren Aaron, Kobe , Kaylee , Brodie and Broc as well as baby girl and Beckham who I’m certain she is loving on right now. Debbie also had 3 nephews (TJ, Ryan and Jay) and two nieces (Ally and Tia) that she loved dearly. Debbie leaves behind her brother Dean and grandmother Wanda. As well as many cousins, aunts and uncles. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Vicki and her sister Rhonda.

We will celebrate her life at Oyster Bay Inn on Kitsap way January 6 2023 at 2 pm.
