Debrah P. Turner-Rosecrans died unexpectedly on March 14, 2003 at her Port Townsend, Washington home. She was 48.She was born August 28, 1954 in Menomonie, Wisconsin to Archie and Nona Turner (Phillips).Debrah married Lloyd Rosecrans April 17, 1999 in Port Townsend, Washington.She graduated from high school in Elmwood, Wisconsin in 1972; and, attended Nursing School in Redwing, Minnesota in 1974.Her most rewarding job was being a school bus driver.Debrah was a member of Poulsbo Eagles Club, enjoyed playing darts, sewing, making custom jewelry, woodworking, camping and spending time with her grandchildren and family.She is survived by her mother, Nona Turner (Phillips); sons - Shawn Bowen of Port Orchard, Washington, Matthew Norris of Port Angeles, Washington; daughter - Paulett Sutton of Port Orchard, Washington; nieces - Lindsay Powell of Port Orchard, Washington, Renee Ginsbach of Menomonie, Wisconsin; nephews - Stephen Powell of Port Orchard, Washungton; Jason Ginsbach of Menomonie, Wisconsin; sister - Laura Ginsbach of Menomonie, Wisconsin; grandchildren (2): Alicia Sutton and Adriahnna Sutton - and expecting grandson, Wyatt Bowen, in June, 2003. She was preceded in death by brothers - Archie Turner, Jr. and Thomas Turner; and, by sisters - Genevieve Turner, Amy Turner, Wanda Powell, and her father Archie Turner, Sr.Visitation will be held at Rill Chapel Saturday, March 22, 2003 from 9:00 a.m. to noon.A funeral service will also be held at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, Washington Sunday, March 23, 2003 at 3:00 p.m.Memorial donations may be made to:Poulsbo Eagles Club
