Delbert Foster

Delbert Kim Foster “Del”, 52 of Port Orchard, WA, died in Bremerton March 10, 2011.  He was born June 20, 1958 in San Francisco, California to Howard & Geraldine (Droke) Foster.  He graduated from Escalon High School in Escalon, California in 1976 and attended San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California.  He married Diane Parker on July 3, 1982 in Carson City, Nevada. Del worked as a Systems Administrator and Computer IT for 23 years, retiring in 2008.  He also served in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed motorcycles and scuba diving. Surviving are his wife Diane Foster; son Charles (Joann) Foster of Port Orchard, WA and stepson Eric (Kristianne) Swanson of Monterey, CA; grandchildren Rebecca & Samantha Swanson, Brooklyn Beresini and Madison & Oliver Foster; and special friend Debbie Tonso. A Celebration of Del’s life is planned for June.
