Delores Mae Sears

Delores M. Sears born to Hank & Lillian Otto on 1 July 1934 in Waterloo, Iowa. Passed away in Port Orchard, 11 January 2016 with her family present. She leaves a husband Earle and two children a daughter Lori (Larry) a son Ronald (NormaJean) 4 grandchildren Melissa (Dustin), Holly, Joshua and Jeremy, 3 Great Grandchildren Madison, Riley and Deanna. Delores married Earle, a Navy Chief on November 4th 1956 in Long Beach, Ca. and spent the next 16 years moving from duty station to duty station at the will of the government. In 1970 they made Washington their final stopping place and never regretted that decision. Delores devoted her life to her family and friends, never complaining about the military life. She was predeceased by her parents, a sister and brother. She made many lasting friendships with the bowlers of Kitsap County and Washington State. Delores’s final resting place is Tahoma National Cemetery Kent, WA. There will a private gathering at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Kitsap County or Dementia/ Alzheimer’s charity of your choice.
