Denise Winnifred Lynn Mcgaughey

Denise went to be with the lord June 23, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Denise was born April 17, 1954 in Stonewall, Manitoba. She married in June 1976 to Gary McGaughey. Denise was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Denise spent her working career as a drug and alcohol counselor for Kitsap County’s Juvenile system, helping young people who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. Denise loved to spend time with friends while enjoying life with smiles and laughter.
Denise is survived by her husband Gary of 42 years, her children Ryan, Alan, Jaclyn and her Grandchildren Grant, Mason, Emma, Cohen, Reese, Giavanna, Giuliana, Daryn and a new grandchild coming in January 2019. Denise is loved by family and friends alike and we will miss her loving smile and tender heart.
