Dick Backstrom

Dick Backstrom of Port Orchard, Washington died November 17, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 62. He was born September 16, 1941 in Newberg, Oregon to Ben and Tina (Kerttula) Backstrom. He attained his GED locally in Bremerton. Dick was a member of Harper Evangelical Free Church. He is survived by his brother - Melvin Backstrom (& wife, Barbara) of Port Orchard, Washington; sister - Alice Starkey of Tacoma, Washington; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
