Domingo Goyena,

Domingo E. Goyena, Sr., 62 of Port Orchard died January 30, 1999 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton.  He was born October 4, 1936 to Urbano L.& Gerarda (Espadilla) Goyena in Barcelona, Philippines.  He married Muriel Encinares in the Philippines in 1963.  Mr. Goyena served in the U. S. Navy from 1959 to 1979 earning various medals and commendations.  He worked for the U. S. Navy as a civilian at the Naval Air Station, North Island retiring in 1996.Surviving are his wife; son Domingo Goyena, Jr.; daughters Shirley Goodrich of Coronado, CA & Diana Goyena of Port Orchard, WA; brother Salustiano Goyena of San Diego, CA; sisters Salvacion Encinares of Port Orchard, WA & Rosario Frayna of the Philippines; grandson Stephen James Goodrich of Coronado, CA.Visitation 2/2 & 2/3 from 9-5PM at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.  Funeral Service Thursday, February 4, 1999, 3:00 PM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard - visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
