Dominic Mielnicki

Dominic A. Mielnicki died at Washington Veterans Home in Retsil, Washington December 2, 2003. He was 82. He was born August 4, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois to Kasper and Sophia (Pogorzelski) Mielnicki. Dominic served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as Seaman First Class. He was a member of the Catholic Church and of the Knights of Columbus. Dominic is survived by son-in-laws - Douglas S. Hadley of Redmond, Washington, Kevin M. Zahnle of Franktown, Colorado; daughters - Gloria Hadley of Redmond, Washington, Donna Mielnicki of Englewood, Colorado, Marianne Zahnle of Franktown, Colorado; brothers - John Mielnicki of Chicago, Illinois, Joseph Mielnicki of Chicago, Illinois; sisters - Therese Mielnicki of Chicago, Illinois, Jean Koziol of Lock Port, Illinois, Ann Freidman of Chicago, Illinois; 1 grandchild - Sarah Hadley of Redmond, Washington. A visitation will be held at Washington Veterans Home Chapel, of Retsil, Washington Friday, December 5, 2003 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will be held at Washington Veterans Home Chapel of Retsil, Washington Friday, December 5, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Retsil Cemetery, Retsil, Washington.
