Donald Bailey,

Donald J. Bailey, Sr. died of a heart attack in Bremerton, Washington June 28, 2002. He ws 69.He was born in Cuday, Wisconsin April 1, 1933 to Manford and Edith (Armbruster) Bailey.He served in the U.S. Army as a Private from 1950 - 1954. He received the Korean Service Medal with Bronze Star and United Nations Service Medal.Donald was a pipe fitter at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and retired in 1978.He enjoyed pets, restoring VW bug, woodworking and gardening. He was a member of the Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard, WA.He is survived by sons Jim Bailey of Olalla, WA., Bob Bailey of Titusville, FL. and Donald J. Bailey, Jr. of Olalla, WA., daughters Kathy Bartlett of Oakley, California and Patty Nuttall of Port Orchard, WA., brother Richard Bailey of Olalla, WA., sisters Blanche Guerin of IN., Jean Eischen of Tacoma, WA. and Deloris Anderson of Federal Way, WA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Casey, Sondra, Scott, James, Janelle, Roger, Jessilyn, Debra, Jimmy Jr., Briannen and Tyler.Visitations will be Tuesday July 2, 2002 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday July 3, 2002 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.Services will be held at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, Washington Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
